Company Financial Reporting

Pursuant to 14VAC5-300-95 B, the Commission is posting notices of applications for a certified reinsurer in the Commonwealth of Virginia and inviting members of the public to respond to the application. Interested and Affected Parties will have thirty (30) days from the date of posting to submit written comments regarding the application to the Virginia Bureau of Insurance (Bureau). The Bureau will not take final action on an application until at least thirty (30) days after posting on the Notice of Certified Reinsurer Application.
