Energy Efficiency Cost-Effectiveness Standards
As directed by legislation, the SCC is impaneling a stakeholder workgroup to develop testing standards for assessing the cost effectiveness of Energy Efficiency Programs (EEP) implemented by utility companies within its jurisdiction.
The stakeholder group – formally established in case number PUR-2024-00120 – is charged with developing regulations to include a single, consistent test by which all utility-sponsored EEPs will be measured.

The stakeholder group meetings will be conducted via Microsoft Teams and facilitated by an Independent Monitor:

Any interested person or entity wishing to participate in the Stakeholder Process should notify the independent monitor at gjutras@keystone.org of said interest by September 1, 2024. The notification must include the name, address, email address and phone number of the interested person or entity, or their counsel, and include reference to case number PUR-2024-00120.
