Biogas Supply Infrastructure Projects
Enactment Clause 3 from Chapter 728 of the 2022 Acts of Assembly, states that “The Commission shall issue an annual report describing the number of approved eligible biogas supply infrastructure projects, as defined in § 56-625 of the Code of Virginia, as created by this act, and the methane and carbon dioxide equivalent emissions from such approved projects. The Commission shall make such report available on its website.”
