- The solar facility is located on the premises of or adjacent to the property of the multi-family subscribers dwelling:
- YES, go to 4
- NO, the location of the solar facility does not meet the requirements of the Multi-family Shared Solar Program.
- The solar facility has an electric output rating (nameplate capacity) greater than 500 kilowatts (0.5 megawatts):
- YES, go to 5
- NO, complete the Multi-family Shared Solar Exempt Application.
- The solar facility is located in a single location:
- YES, go to 6
- NO, go to 7
- The single location solar facility has an electric output rating (nameplate capacity) greater than 3,000 kilowatts (3 megawatts):
- YES, the electric output rating (nameplate capacity) of the solar facility exceeds the Multi-family Shared Solar Program requirements.
- NO, complete the Multi-family Shared Solar Non-exempt Application.
- The contiguous location of the solar facility has an electric output rating (nameplate capacity) greater than 5,000 kilowatts (5 megawatts):
- YES, the electric output rating (nameplate capacity) of the solar facility exceeds the Multi-family Shared Solar Program requirements.
- NO, complete the Multi-family Shared Solar Non-exempt Application.
