Exchange Administration

The Health Benefit Exchange Advisory Committee provides guidance to the Commission and the Exchange Director in fulfilling the duties of the Virginia Exchange. The Advisory Committee, consisting of 15 members, represents a cross-section of stakeholders from around Virginia. Requirements are found in §38.2-6503 of the Code of Virginia. Meeting dates and times are available.

The Advisory Committee is expected to meet several times a year. Meeting dates will be announced at least one week in advance. Public comments may be sent at any time to the Advisory Committee at Stakeholderfeedback@scc.virginia.gov.
