Agent Licensing Changes Effective January 1, 2021
These changes do not apply to the 2019-2020 biennium.
Effective January 1, 2021, several changes to Virginia’s agent licensing laws were implemented from the 2019 legislative session. The changes instituted agent biennial license renewals, agent fingerprinting, and a new date by which agents must complete their continuing education.
