UCC/Tax Lien Copies and Certificates
The Clerk’s Office fulfills requests for certified and noncertified copies of UCC and federal tax lien filings of record with the Commission.
At present, we are not able to accept payments electronically and we only offer billing services to attorneys, law firms and filing service companies located in Virginia. In order to ascertain the number of pages in a document and determine the proper amount of payment for your request, contact the Clerk’s Office at (804) 371-9733 or toll-free in Virginia at 1-866-722-2551. Please make the check or money order payable to the State Corporation Commission.
